Selected period vs. the period immediately before it LIVEi
Compares your selected range against the equal-length window directly preceding it (e.g. a 30-day selection is compared with the 30 days before it). If there isn't enough history before your selection, this says so rather than showing a misleading comparison.

Monthly scorecard LIVEi
Every month inside the selected range, with month-over-month change on each metric. CR = Orders ÷ Sessions. AOV = Revenue ÷ Orders. A partial first/last month (because your range starts or ends mid-month) is marked, since its totals aren't comparable to a full month.

Revenue by month LIVE

Conversion rate by month LIVE

Performance by day of week LIVEi
Every day in the selected range grouped by weekday, averaged. Useful for spotting which days actually convert rather than which days simply get the most traffic — note how CR often differs from the sessions ranking.

Daily heatmap LIVEi
One cell per day, one row per month, coloured light→dark by that day's value relative to the highest day in the selected range. Blank cells are days outside your selected range or outside the data. Hover any cell for the exact figure.

Launch → Product View → Add to Cart → Checkout Start → Purchase LIVE (unique users)i
unique:true pulls per stage. When a specific month is selected, uses that month's own unique-user pull (not a slice of the 3-month total).

Add to Cart can exceed Product View — a real "quick add from listing" pattern, not a bug.

Category filter

Category performance: Views vs. ATC rate LIVEi
Daily CleverTap pulls per category, 15 Apr - 10 Aug 2026 — reacts to the Year/Month/date-range filter above exactly like the Overview tab. Category chip filter narrows which rows are highlighted.

Opportunity map — top 8 products by views LIVEi
Real view_item/add_to_cart daily pulls per product name, app-only, 15 Apr - 10 Aug 2026 — reacts to the date filter. Bottom-right = high traffic, low conversion.

Top products LIVE (Viewed/ATC/Wishlisted)i
Viewed, Added to Cart and Wishlisted are real per-product daily pulls (view_item / add_to_cart / add_to_wishlist filtered by item_name, app-only), reacting to the date filter. Purchased and Revenue per product are genuinely not retrievable this way — Charged stores line items in a multi-value "Items|title" array that the Trends API can't filter on (tested directly, confirmed zero regardless of app-version filter). If you can export the equivalent report from CleverTap's native Top Products view (the one in your screenshot), share it and I'll embed the real Purchased/Revenue numbers instead.

Checkout Start → Shipping Info → Coupon Applied → Purchase LIVEi
Event counts, app-only. Reacts to Month filter using that month's own pull.

Coupon dependency (known codes, lower bound) LIVEi
Real counts for the 4 recurring known codes (buy799, buy1149, hyp15, bogo) on app-filtered Charged. Pulled per-month, so this reacts exactly to the Month filter; a custom date range uses a proportional estimate instead (no daily granularity was pulled for coupon codes). This is a floor either way, not the full picture — one-off loyalty-generated codes (FLITS_xxxxx, unique per redemption) can't be practically enumerated one API call at a time.

Payment method / GoKwik split Not computablei
Confirmed, not just unpulled: tested payment_method and source directly against CT App Version on Charged, and both return zero regardless of value — these properties never co-occur on the same event in this account. Two different integrations (app SDK vs. GoKwik webhook) tag orders separately with no overlap, so this split can't be computed for "app orders" as currently defined, without a schema/integration change on the CleverTap side.

Removed rather than shown with placeholder numbers. Root cause above — worth raising with whoever owns the GoKwik/CleverTap integration.

DAU LIVE

WAU LIVEi
Selected month highlights overlapping weeks rather than removing others — weeks straddle month boundaries so exact slicing would be misleading.

MAU LIVE

Stickiness (avg. DAU ÷ MAU) LIVE

Cohort retention Not computablei
CleverTap's Trends/Counts API (the endpoint everything else here uses) doesn't expose a cohort/retention query — that report type lives only in the CleverTap dashboard UI, or would need a raw per-profile install-date export processed separately.

Removed rather than shown with placeholder numbers. If this matters, check CleverTap's own Retention report in the portal directly, or ask their support whether a cohort endpoint exists on your plan.

Quiz Start → Complete → Recommended Viewed → Recommended ATC LIVEi
Real, and reacts to Month filter. Purchase attribution dropped — needs a line-item join to Charged.

Quiz_Complete exceeding Quiz_Start is a real anomaly worth a dev check, not a display bug.

Adoption vs. app base LIVE

unique app users (window)

Revenue share influenced Not computablei
Would need a line-item join between Charged order contents and Quiz_Suggested_Add_To_Cart product IDs, per user — the Trends API only returns aggregate counts, not per-user line items, so this isn't buildable from it at all. At 26 total Quiz_Suggested_Add_To_Cart events in 3 months, it's also not a high-value ask right now regardless.

Removed rather than shown with a placeholder %. Given adoption is a few hundred quiz starts out of 500K+ users (see the stat tile), this is likely not worth building until the funnel above justifies it.

Question: Which acquisition channels drive traffic, and which actually convert?

Channel performance LIVEi
Direct CleverTap utm_source daily pulls, app-only, 15 Apr - 10 Aug 2026 — fully reacts to the Year/Month/date-range filter above. Sessions uses view_item_list as a proxy (App Launched has no utm_source property). Direct/Organic is the residual (total minus every named channel) — it covers both "no utm tag at all" and small untagged sources.
